  Tintype 7

TRICKED AGAIN.  Looks like this outing isn't going anywhere. The pail & shovel belong to the photographer too.  Nice outfit though. Momma worked hard to press all that cotton eyelet lace. Good contrast & focus. Condition is fine. No bends or rust. Some shallow texture variation to the varnish most likely caused during the making of this tintype. Not visible when viewed straight on. From NYC photo lot. c1900 is my guess.        3.5" x 2.25"      $18      Shipping $1, more for overseas

Please note:   I make every effort to create a scan that mirrors the actual image as close as possible. Viewed on my screen it is as close in color, contrast & sharpness as can be achieved with the equipment at hand. Generally, what you see is inferior to the real thing. All scans are matched to the image when viewed in the light of a 20 watt Halogen reading lamp which sits by my computer. I adjust the controls for accuracy only, NEVER to enhance.
