| Description The photograph is mounted on cardboard & appears to be an albumen. Both, the gent & the horse's head are in focus, as it should be. As you can see the horse swished its tail during exposure. | |||
| Condition Excellent. No fading. Tone is even from edge to edge. I was the first to remove it from its frame in 125 years in order to scan it. The frame is pine with the usual gesso coat which was then gilded & faux painted. | |||
