Description Absolutely gorgeous & interesting framed Photo of the HOWARD MALE QUARTETTE with Howard Murchie at the Piano. Please click on photo to read the label identifying the performers. There is one label at the front & one at the back of the matte. The streak is from scanning, it is not there. Please click on photo 6 and you will agree that the focus, contrast, posing & composition are of the highest standard, it is therefore surprising that the photographer did not note the Studio's name somewhere. I just noticed that the notes are visible on the sheet music but probably not readable. Fantastic Costumes!!
Condition Better than EXCELLENT. The photo has been under glass all this time. The gilded gesso wooden frame at one time had an outer frame. This is the way I bought it. All original. I did remove the backing to obtain better scans. The only flaw would be the water stain at the bottom of the matte.
Comments Note the nice big size of the photo.
