 C11  Canada West CDV (pre-1865) of Mrs. George Bell, Brantford, Ont. C.W.

Condition   Excellent. 1 pin prick near the top, center. No foxing or dirt. Unclipped corners. 
Description  This CDV presents a puzzle. Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone settled in Brantford, Ontario in 1870. This image was taken prior or in 1865. The lady here strongly resembles Ellen Adine Highland, (Mrs. David Charles Bell) A. G. Bell's aunt who's c1840 - 50  Daguerreotype is in the Library of Congress. I can't make the connection but feel there is one.
