| Description I believe these chain link frames are American in origin. I've had numerous ones over the years in various sizes & shapes. Some come with double chains. Many are miniatures meant for gem tintypes. The size seen here is the largest to my knowledge & meant for CCs or Cabinet Cards. All brass except for the backing which is gilded tin. | |||
| Condition Excellent except for the backing , some of the gild has worn off in places & it is scratched, very normal for this type. | |||
